Nigerian Scammer goes by "Victor Pedro" impersonating George Strait and scamming women romance and fan card scam

tiktok message: 
"Hello, it's George strait. I'm trying something new and reaching out to fans directly, but I have to create a private account to do it because my official account is managed by my team. I wanted to cut through the noise and connect with some of the real ones, and you're the first on my list! Let's chat!"
