Scammer using supercarblondie pictures and using the "Evans Kate" name and scamming people on tiktok/zangi with the fake donation scam on tiktok! This is a SCAM! They claim to donate money to people who need help paying bills and other expenses, but YOU have to pay a “delivery fee” first
